Speakers from the Telluride leadership, arts sector, and community will offer perspectives on the years-long public/private undertaking to resolve and preserve one of the town’s historic keystone buildings as part of a mixed-use residential, affordable housing, and commercial renewal and redevelopment project as the linchpin of the emerging Telluride Arts District.
