Lindsay J. Miller is in private practice at Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C. in Castle Rock, Colorado. She specializes in real estate litigation, with an emphasis in landlord/tenant law. She is the Secretary of the Colorado Lawyer Board and the author of multiple articles published in the Colorado Lawyer, including “As I See It: Warranty of Habitability,” 47 Colo. Law, August/September 2018, at 10; “ ‘Columbine’ and Colorado’s Records Acts: Considerations for the Civil Litigator” 45 Colo. Law., September 2016, at 45; “A Primer on the Requirements for a Compensable Injury,” 44 Colo. Law., March 2015, at 45; and “Residential Tenancies, Lease to Eviction-an Overview of Colorado Law,” 43 Colo. Law., May 2014, at 55. She is also a past Colorado Bar Association CLE Faculty member and speaker. Lindsay received the highest “AV” rating from Martindate Hubbell in 2015 and continues to maintain this designation.
